Received your email and replied in time.Hey guys recently purchased 2 boxes of HGH, as well as Reta.
Received yesterday, before selling it I wanted to try it myself so I mixed the HGH up first, it dissolved as per usual so I had an injection, today I tried the Reta- same method as always, added in the water and waited, after 10 minutes it still had chunks and was blurry, tried another vial and did the same thing.
Cloudy mix with chunks that aren’t dissolving.
Have emailed them and am waiting on a reply.
I can’t sell this, to anybody until I get an explanation![]()
Use sterile water instead, problem will be solved.BAC water
Sterile water is only sterile until opened, BAC water is the better type to use as it contains 0.9% benzyl alcohol, making it better for multi shot vialsUse sterile water instead, problem will be solved.
No mate, I reached out via email and have all 67 emails from him and I, nothing was ever stated it needed to be sterile water not BAC…@VRC-Shop did you give him these directions at start bro?
Yes, it is, that is why we have 2mg, 5mg,10mg 15mg,30mg , different dosages.Received your email and replied in time.
Please follow the suggestions.
Did you use Bac water or Sterile water? or neither?
It shouldn’t be going cloudy from bac water and not dissolving….why don’t other suppliers from China have this issue but yours does?Yes, it is, that is why we have 2mg, 5mg,10mg 15mg,30mg , different dosages.
Bac water has sodium Chloride inside, this may cause the cloudy and the floccule.
We replied in the earlier emails, we will compensate for the 2 vials you have wasted.
If you believe this is quality issue, just send it to Third Party testing agent, if result comes out bad, we will do you a full refund on Reta.
Many customers are using my Reta , no similar feedbacks TBH.
interesting not sure brother lets see what @VRC-Shop saysIt shouldn’t be going cloudy from bac water and not dissolving….why don’t other suppliers from China have this issue but yours does?
I’m unsure too.It shouldn’t be going cloudy from bac water and not dissolving….why don’t other suppliers from China have this issue but yours does?
I’ll take a refund manHi guys
Have been asking the factory today. Sorry for the late response.
Let's get the conclusion first.
We will do the replacement for the customer,
Or, give you a refund on Reta.
But this does not mean we admit it's 100% the product quality issue on products, things could happen as there is large quantity of products. Probably, it's the quality issue, we are not sure, the Reta not in my hand, we try to offer the best customer service as possible.
There are many reasons causing the cloudy Reta,
What the factory side suggestion is to use Sterile water just to avoid cloudy problem caused by other reasons like bac water quality, sodium etc...
I have read many articles and many user posts, Correct, all doesn't say Can't mix Reta with Bac water, some users have cloudy issue on Reta, so looks like it's not a rare issue on it.
We have customer mixing Reta with Bac water , never any issue, 5mg, 10mg, 15mg, 30mg and even 60mg, never any issue, I guess they know how to mix it properly.
This is your first time ordering from us, and you said you are not new on Reta, so that's it.
We'd prefer to give you a refund on Reta, coz This is simple, not worth both of us spending too much time on it.
Customer @JustMakeItHappen
please take a picture of the Reta all 10 vials must be used or mixed or whatever, to prove all 10 vials no longer re-useable.
Refund will be done in minutes.
Thank you guys for being a customer.
The product went cloudy and in some instances didn’t dissolve, that my friend is 100% a quality issue….which raises the question on any and all products you’re selling….literally his first order is a refund, that’s not good businessHi guys
