Need help after training

Newbie
I’m using protein powder and creatine post workout
I’m also making sure to take a bath with epsom salt. I have a big tub at home lol and my gf makes fun of me.
I don't seem to be recovering well on my current supplement program. What can i change?
 
ironically the protein powder will inhibit recovery. why? cause it is too tough to digest so stresses your body out more.

stick to ancient strength creatine and sleep better so get n2sleep and nutrozol

you need to get different protein
try egg protein and milk protein with creatine
 
after training protein shake and creatine just change protein time

How is the quality of your sleep? Are you taking enough days off between training and not going super heavy all the time? You really have to listen to your body in times like these.
