I am 60 years old. I was on Tirzepitide to lose weight, worked out 6 days a week (Probably over trained a bit @ 120 sets a week)
Original 6-Day Split (repeated twice)
Day 1 & 4 – Chest + Biceps
9 exercises × 3 sets = 27 sets per day → × 2 = 54 sets per week
Day 2 & 5 – Back + Shoulders
7 exercises × 3 sets = 21 sets per day → × 2 = 42 sets per week
Day 3 & 6 – Legs
~4 exercises × 3 sets = 12 sets per day → × 2 = 24 sets per week
Kept 1200 calories a day intake, with 200+ grams of that Protein for almost a year. I went from 235 to 165 in about 11 months. Being 60 TRT is a way of life for me, around 100mg/week Test C for all of that time.

July 20th Started Anavar Cycle (25mg/day morning) for 8 weeks. Upped calories to around 2500-2800. Test C at 100/mg/week. Dropped Tirzepitide to 5mg/week.
6 days a week in the gym, 6 days a week cardio on the road walking 4 miles, then 6, then 6 to 8 (occasional 13.2 on a saturday) early in the morning. TDEE was around 3000, so still in a 500 to 200 calorie deficit.
Sept 20th ended Anavar cycle, October 3rd had 2nd dexa scan.
Body weight, exactly the same 164.7lbs. only 20.1 Lbs fat, for 12.2% BF. I gained 12.7 lbs muscle, and lost 12.8 lbs fat, with 1.83 lbs of that being visceral fat loss.
