Hi I’m 47 years old ,5’4 195 pounds .
My cycle consists of
Testosterone enanthate,-1000mg,500mg twice weekly
masteron prop -700mg a week,100mg a day
Primobolan-600mg a week, 300mg twice weekly
Retatrutide-3mg every 5 days.
Hgh-10-15iu daily
I’m eating between 2000-2500 daily( in a 500-1000 calorie daily deficit.
Started at 230 pounds but must was water from winter bulk ,dropped 20 pounds in 2 weeks.
Protein cones to about 300 grams daily
Carbohydrates comes to about 135 grams daily
And about 32 grams of fat daily
Workout 7 days a week with my wife.
I’m only doing online coaching at this point in my life,had to go on disability many years ago Which in my other post I explained.
Don’t really take in any supplements besides isopure zero carb whey protein and electrolyte packs at the gym mixed with my water

1st week already no used I lost inflammation in my neck,my feet(from hgh) and my hgh water reduced,also noticed some fat loss but I was dieting as well as normal.
Second week,Monday,1 1/2mg.,Tuesday 1mg Wednesday 1mg Thursday 1mg and Saturday 2mg
No side effects besides the good ones,lol.
I notice extreme fat loss,was very focused at the gym plus I was a lot calmer.i was in the shower after the gym and my wife’s also cone in to shower plus help me with soap since my hands are in a fist and they don’t really open.
Anyway she was washing my back and she started popping a pimple I had and I jumped cause it hurt.she said ,you felt that I said yes and I asked exactly where it was.she said on my scapula which I haven’t had feeling in since 2011 . Then I asked to touch the other one and I had feeling in both.i couldn’t believe it.i then went to touch my forearm and j was able to feel my left and right one.i thought i was dreaming.
By this week i was down 15 pounds of fat.muscles look bigger not flat at all.
As per appetite suppression or gastric emptying I haven’t noticed any difference..i have no problem eating but i dont crave junk food anymore.
Week 3 -started Monday 3mg and nothing has changed so far.’
I must of started the second week of may on Reta,stricter started may .
No cardio has been done.

@Psycho358 Bro. Damn, you 195 lbs, and only 5'4". You a short dude but you must be lots of muscle on your frame. Let's see some pictures.
 
I'd have you back off from the 7 days a week training.
I love the gym and it’s the only time I’m at out of my house,for a prolonged period of time.
I never had a problem going everyday.if I feel not mentally or physically able I will take a day off.i usually do 1 light day and one heavy day since I’m hitting my muscles twice a week.
For example. 3 months ago I had a bad fall at my house and hurt my neck,I took about 2 weeks off ,basically till I felt better.
My wife on the other hand should definitely take days off.she is natural so her body doesn’t repair like mine.
I actually convinced her to start retatrutide with me and she never listens to me,lol.
She is actually following a meal plan I put her on and she lost about 12 pounds so far.
She is overweight and it didn’t bother me but I was worried about her health so she finally caved in and actually listening to me in the gym plus her food intake.
I’m very proud of her and even after 23 years of marriage I still love her and she’s also my best friend.

I don't see a problem going to the gym every day. but just don't lift super heavy everyday. you can do other things at the gym. a great gym is tough to find and once you find one that becomes your new home and space to unwind and relax.

I hate reading about about a loss,I hope you were able to move on.
I wish you nothing but good luck,and I’m sure you will find someone new when you’re ready to move on!
