Hey bros. First cycle ever. 33 yo, 210 lbs. Been doing TRT (50mgs/week) for about a month now. Wanna step it up. Look to lean out and still and muscle mass. Looking at 300mgs/week Test C, 20mgs Anavar/day, have arimidex on standby. Been in the gym for 1 1/2 years. Push/Pull/Leg split. Diet is nothing but chicken, rice, eggs and protein. Taking in between 1700-1900 calories/day. Taking multi, fiber, l-carnitine, and liver support. Any changes or recommendations before I start? New to this so don't hold back and lead me right bros. Will be posting pic and daily diet breakdown soon. Trying a few apps to see which I like the most.
