My Clenbuterol and Cardarine (GW501516) log

Hey, all new Aussie to the forum, but I thought I would start my basic fat burning cycle here. Currently, we will only be using Clen and GW501516, with no other PED until back to a lower body fat level.

Will update weight tommorow upon wake up and do a update every few days. For me personally I find it easier to cut on a low carb diet I know calories in calories out but for me mentally this way works better 😅.

Calories will start at 2600 and will tapper them down with progress and any stalls in weightloss. Currently height is 194cm or 6 foot 4 and I'd say roughly 18-20% bodyfat.

Basicly cycle layout will be
Clen @ 80mcg going upto 150mcg
GW501516 20mg split into AM/ PM

BUT first on the cycle

DOnt start with 80mcg of clen

start with 40mcg

40mcg am 5 days on 2 off (2 weeks)
60mcg 5/2 (2 weeks)
80mcg 5/2 (2 weeks)
cardarine is fine 20mgs ed

but we need to see more info from you

diet, please share foods and when you eat them and amounts and times
training, share what you train which exercises when and weights reps
If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

I have a suggestion for you how about you drop the clen?

the reason is clen kills your endurance.
how does it make sense to take clen and avoid cardio
when cardio is healthy and helps burn fat more effectively

fasted cardio is great. try it
 
clenbuterol can be pretty rough don't be scared to drop the dosage back down if you run into trouble
 
many reasons to use n2guard
it has taurine and other things to help with clen sides
 
I would just run Cardarine. Clen comes with so many negative side effects, it just isn't worth the very minimal results you will see from it.
