if you got an injury you should do other parts of the body broI'm thinking i need to change my approach and routine completely on my legs. I'm just not making progress near as fast in that area so I feel like I'm going to lay off heavier weight on my legs and do those at high reps now like I do everything else. I just hate squats and leg press at high reps.
and volume is what you need imo reps and more reps
