GHGut4life This is for you lol Jan 13th I bought these pants and could wear them without a belt. And since you get on my ass about losing weight so much I just wanted you to see my weight loss progress. I'm still big from muscle but my fat has made huge progress. My belt can barely hold my pants up now. So as much as it may seem like I haven't lost much weight here is proof that I actually have and that I was much fatter then I looked in pictures I'm thinking. By the way that belt barely fit the 2nd hole before and look how many holes are showing now. Still love you dude and I know you can be hard on me because you want me to look my best and I do appreciate it bro.
First cycle final results. I injured my back pretty good so I'm done until I recover. So I decided to cut my cycle short by like 2 weeks. I'm going to take 2 months off then hoping into next cycle where I will be cutting even more. I have a much better idea of what is expected and how things work so next time around should be very successful.

I only would lift heavy on deadlifts and lower back because I cared about it getting stronger because it was the weakest part of my body. Everything else i lifted high reps except deadlifts. So it is what it is. This proves even more how weak my lower back really is.
Just injured my back lifting heavy on deadlifts then went to do rows a few hours later at 225lbs and I did it once but it felt to heavy so I went to grab smaller weight and when I went to pick up a 25lb plate off the ground my back made a popping and crunching sound and It locked up and I fell on the ground and couldn't get back up. I ended up going to the hospital the next day though.
Sucks because the only reason I even started working out again was primarily to strengthen my lower back. And in the end I still failed... yes it's much more stronger then before but not even close to strong enough. I guess i need to take a different approach. I figured strength training on deadlifts was the best idea specifically for getting stronger in my lower back but now I'm thinking i should just stick to high reps even with deadlifts.
