You must have only taken the beginner guide on gaslighting because that was weak. And you say chillax and play victim after i call you out on being a weirdo. Typical narcissistic behavior. I've been locked up 7 times, previously served in the united states marine corps, and have had the pleasure of learning several martial arts techniques such as wrestling, karate, Brazilian jujitsu, and marine corps martial arts. I don't get bullied trust me especially being 6ft 4 and 258lbs. I do make plenty of gay jokes in my everyday life and I usually do think it's funny but you keep talking about prison mixed with gay and you havent changed it up. Maybe it's because I don't know you but i just am tired of hearing it about now.
 
Just injured my back lifting heavy on deadlifts then went to do rows a few hours later at 225lbs and I did it once but it felt to heavy so I went to grab smaller weight and when I went to pick up a 25lb plate off the ground my back made a popping and crunching sound and It locked up and I fell on the ground and couldn't get back up. I ended up going to the hospital the next day though.

Yeah having a weak back has caused so much issues in my life that I decided to get stronger in order to fix the problem which honestly has helped a lot but then got carried away thinking i got it strong enough to push it to the limit and I reached that limit unfortunately. So going forward i think I'm going to avoid heavy lifting on my back and only do moderate weight on deadlifts and squats in order to avoid this injury again. Wish me luck man

stretching out the discs is what you need to do

a big misconception is strengthening the back will help the spine. we are already strong as bodybuilders, so what we need is stretching and decompression. get an inversion table and start stretching daily

I seen a video saying the same thing. It said mobility actually makes you stronger overall. It talked about spinal flexion and how real strength comes from mobility and can make you more strong then just doing heavy lifting. I do stretch alot before doing squats and deadlifts but I can't say I spend much time on it. I'll have to look into more deep stretches I can do to maximize results. Thanks for the help!

i'm a plumber. one day was fixing pipes in walls and floor caved in and i feel through
thankful i survive and nobody was under me. but i was down for 2 years could not train. got depressed
injury part of the game, we gotta push through it and come out stronger other end
