liver values jacked up

Newbie
no good, my liver numbers are very bad
I need some tips and advice on using something that will boost my liver numbers, or drop them down technically lol
I’ve read about milk thistle. Would this stuff work or should I try something else?

What are bad liver values? Are you using orals and/or bulking? Bulking can lead to non-alcoholic fatty liver. I’ve had a patient with liver values at a 1,000 and we had him come back in 30 days for another blood draw and he was fine. Milk thistle dilates bile ducts so if your liver is swelling it will not totally collapse the ducts causing bile backup and more issues. NAC and tudca keeps my values at 20 to 40.
