Lipohypertrophy

Nah, true lipohypertrophy only happens in fat tissue, not muscle—but slamming heavy volume into the same muscle spots will absolutely cause stubborn scar tissue (fibrosis) instead
Hence rotating sites is key

I've started using volumes of aas that are no longer feasible for subq. I'm curious if this phenomenon of lipohypertrophy happens inside the muscle just like it does with subq injections. Do these lipo deposits happen from IM injections as well as subq?
scar tissue is very likely

Bros, the longer you do sub-q, the more problems you're going to get. It makes sense just to switch to IM.

you can develop things like abscesses and scar tissue. that can take a while to go away

You can try massaging the site and really breaking that up but I think overall rotating and using a longer needle would be smarter.

Never heard of this type of term but I do know that when I've injected the same spot over and over, I've had problems.
