Stick to the standard doses as listed by Dylan recently

Your choice is correct one, your dosing should be 25mgs of RAD140 and 10mgs of LGD

I would make sure you check your expectations. No way you are going to gain 15lbs from a SARMs cycle. Your low estimate of 5lbs is more reasonable but that is even on the high end if we are talking lean muscle.
