Legit advice on training arms

Ok. Here is what I came up with for high volume. Critic as you want. I have thick skin sort of. Lol.

Biceps/Triceps 2 times a week.

Day 1:

Single Arm Cable push downs- 4 sets of 12-15
Skull Crushers- 4 sets of 12
Dips- 4 sets of 12

Hammer Curls- 4 sets of 12-15
Straight Bar Curls- 4 sets of 12
Spider Curls- 4 sets of 12

Superset:

Reverse Cable Curls- 3 sets to failure
Tricep Rope Pushdown- 3 sets to failure


Day 2:

V Bar Pushdowns- 4 sets of 12-15
Pin Presses- 4 sets of 12
Skull Crushers- 4 sets of 12


Hammer Curls- 4 sets of 12-15
Straight Bar Curls- 4 sets of 12
Preacher Curls- 4 sets of 12

Superset:

Overhead Tricep Rope Extensions- 3 sets to failure
Single Arm Cable Curls- 3 sets to failure
That's a good routine.

This is a future workout regimen. I’m actually cutting body fat right now. Trying to get that lower first.

But planning to start a new bulking cycle in 6 weeks.

300-400 Mgs per week of Test E.
300-400 Mgs per week of EQ
Front load 30 Mgs a day of Tbol

N2 Guard as my supplement

Any advice on this cycle? I know this needs to be a new thread, but thought I would ask.

For a bulker that's a good cycle. I would go higher EQ and lower testosterone enanthate.

300mgs testosterone enanthate
400mgs equipoise
front load 50mgs tbol for 6 weeks
7 caps n2guard ed (split dose 2)

You can add 25mgs proviron and/or 5mgs aromasin eod, you need to somewhat control your estrogen here so an Ai like aromasin is needed for sure.

Whats your diet and training plan? for the log /cycle
