Chinese government decided to get out of the controlled substance business. It’s illegal to export AAS under international law and the treaties they’ve signed. It’s not enough money to be worth the trouble for the rest of trade. So we’re seeing aging leftovers being pulled out of storage and sold.

Wouldn't this apply also to "pharma grade" testosterone, since the powder to make it comes from China, no?
