I have high hematocrit levels

I got a call from the doctor. She said she needed to speak to me and to come in right away. I ended up rushing there for her to tell me that my hematocrit levels were dangerously high. I need to take a supplement that can help with this. Any advice for me? She already wrote me a script to go get a pint of blood taken out of me.
