how to soothe a sunburn?

So I did a Beach vacation to the Caribbean and I came back with a really bad sunburn on the last day because I ran out of sunblock.
I must read as a tomato and it hurts to the touch and is very warm. Also dealing with some nausea and dizziness.
Any supplements or creams you recommend to help with this?

you can also plant an aloe which are very easy to grow and then cut a piece and use that
