We're here to challenge the reviews here and follow up on it publicly. So either we will end up apologizing and be proven scammers by doing this - or we'll prove we never scammed the person claiming so. Either way, the forum will only benefit from it.

Coming out screaming? You decide how to interpret our posts, but no one's screaming. But of course, you were one of the guys who already labeled us scammers with no proof of your own. Not here "sceaming", not here to argue in a negative matter either. Simply challenging every comment claiming we're scammers. Like we challenged your claim. So please, if you know anyone who was scammed by UGFREAK, get the order ID of his and shoot it our way.

And just FYI, the staff manager received a PM about this, prior to your post. We've not had any further conversations, but we'll look forward to that.

We're here to argue against those who believe we're scammers, not to waste time with trolls. We have no interest in going back and forth, unless you're one of the guys who have ordered at UGFREAK and claim we've scammed you.

However, try reading that thread and see the user we responded to, talked about "coming out screaming", so it was not "scamming" spelled incorrectly

I already said it in a more recent post I saw this old post and I believe the account to say: Sorry my bad englisha I am Spanish. I read an old post from 2021, some complaints about ugfreak not responding once they have been paid and that they are only interested in money. I want to say that they have always answered me even more than a month later when I have already received their products if I have had any questions and they have always been attentive to everything. regarding the treatment is a 10/10

@mr.right I agree with you. UGFreak is always around and he's fully responsive. @ugfreak is fast on the button easy to respond and quality unbeaten.
