growing bigger quads?

What do you think would be the best exercises for growing bigger quads? I’m a bit concerned with why my quads aren’t growing as fast as my calves or hamstrings. I’ve been doing leg extensions and squats 1-2x a week.
Is there any other exercises you recommend? I don’t want to develop some imbalances. Or have my legs look weird.
 
A lot of times some people have certain genetics. You might just not have good genetics for your legs.
 
I say add some lunges to your routine. Lunges are a great way to work all your legs.
 
Cleans done properly. Can really Force growth in the legs. And if you can go heavy, that's even better.
 
Definitely some good suggestions above. I think that deadlifts and squat should be your better bread and butter.
