going from high protein/low carb to low protein/high carb?

I’m looking to change up my macros. I’m currently doing high protein and low carb, I would say, my protein intake was around, 250 g a day and my carb intake was very low, almost nothing. I’m wondering if I was to increase my carbs and then lower my protein consumption to under 100 g. What would happen with this affect my weight training or would it give me more energy?
 
i say try it. everyone is gonna be different with what works. You won't know unless you try it.
 
It's not about your Macros. It's about quality of food. There's good carbs and there's bad carbs, for example.
 
high carb can work. stick to good ones like brown rice, potatoes, fruits and veggies. things like that
