Getting super bloated on dairy, needs some alternatives

I'm getting really bloated on dairy. It's weird because I used to not have this issue at all, but now I'm getting bloated every time I drink it. Do you have any advice on some alternatives for me? What are some other things that I can mix in there? Do you think I should use almond milk or stuff like that instead?

You may be lactose intolerant. It's therefore best to switch to plant-based milk products. Almond milk is a good alternative you could try out.
