cardazol in morning or evening?

I have 3 bottles of cardazol for fat loss. I picked it up wanted to combine with cardio but I got an early job so doing cardio before bed like 3 hrs out.
I do cardio 8pm and goto bed 11pm so can I take cardazol at 8 and sleep ok?
I took it 2 times but sleep wasnt good I was hyper with energy lol

I would go at least 4-6 hours before bed with cardazol. Try taking 2 caps at 7pm and you should be fine 4 hours fine you'll sleep.
Take 2 nutrozol on top before bed and you'll do well.

i don't recommend taking Cardazol late in the evening

I do not recommend taking anything with caffeine after 12-1pm max.
