best way to come off sarms

Newbie
I have been on sarms for about 30 weeks. I know that is a long time but I had a bunch of bottles sitting here and I didn't want them to go bad so I went ahead and just ran 1 long cycle
what is the best way to come off of them? Should I start tapering or should I just stop it cold turkey and then run a PCT
I’m 21 years old and 138 pounds
 
you need to stop and run a pct... what on earth are you actually doing here aside from being about as stupid as you can possibly be? you just sound clueless and honestly, sorry to be blunt, just fucking dumb as a box of rocks... run a pct and dont ever use any ped again... you are far too ignorant and immature...
