Best fat options for bodybuilder

I am an aspiring bodybuilder but I cannot afford to hire a nutritionist or a coach quite yet
I'm trying to grow my social media and all that stuff first
I'm wondering when it comes to Fat intake what are the best options that I should be consuming

yes good fats are great

These are my go to in addition to almonds. I prefer raw nuts since they don’t have added fats from roasting. Great advice Jayne
