Been again a very busy week but still stayed consistent. Been sticking to my meals and eating as lean as sugar free as possible. I’m starting to gain a heap of strength out of the blue which I’d assume is my EQ hitting its peak which is nice to see. I’m looking lean feeling strong and I think when the bulk comes it’ll definitely show some crazy results
