100mgs of anadrol per day is safe in professional bodybuilding, as in safe for them compared to all others.
For you, a normal guy I suggest 25mgs per day and move up to 50mgs of anadrol dont go over IMO.
ive done it before but i worked my way up to it and only ran it that high a little over a week... yes, you can do it but its honestly not necessary at all..
i’ve done 100 with no issues, i’d never recommend it, which is being a hypocrite, but i take a lot of ancillaries and take bloodwork serious. 50mg is PLENTLY.
