domestic supply

I had a question about using domestic supply. I just moved to the country and my route is way far where I have to drive into town to pick up my mail. I was wondering if this would be a problem if I just had them shipped to a po box or do they need a physical address?

I'm having a difficult time getting ahold of anybody at domestic supply. Can a rep answer my question on how to make payment online? I emailed them 2 days ago and I still haven't gotten a response. What are the payment options that they offer and why is my payment not going through?
