I was thinking the same I want to add some rice should I cut back on fat ? That will put a extra 400 calories if I don’t replace the fats but tell me what do you think
This is update on food I jump up my calories to 3000 and responding very well my snack is after work out in the morning … at night I have veggies and avocado and my proteins … that last meal is befor 6pm try to atleast I do use fiber supplement at night I will take pics … I have been just meal...
I am just about to be done with my cycle got about 2 -3 weeks left… this pic was before my cycle like 6 days before I started then the other pics are of today .. I will up date my macros and training later today ..
I have been stocking up with this company and I have to say they are very good… their customer service is A1 … there prices are great I will start a cycle of just there gear in about 2-4 months and will post results can’t wait
