There is literally only enough powder to make two or three capsules. I'm very confused

I strictly thought the powdered seemed like more bang for the buck. But looking at this, I have no idea what to do with it. It seemed to me, I could get fifty 20mg days out of each. But in my mind, it was much more powder, something like creatine.

So I bought 3 sarms in the 1 gram powder assuming a lot of doses at 20mg per day avg. However these have hardly anything to them. Can anybody explain how i'm supposed to use this? Appreciate your help fellas. Batman
