Bros, I'm a big fan of BPC but you need to inject it directly into your injury. I would go 500 micrograms every other day. Make sure you're using a legitimate source.
bros go with hcgenerate and creatine. I would not mix them in the smoothie or anything like that. I would just take them on your own mix the creatine and water. There's no need to get fancy.
Bros, just make sure you get a full hormone panel. It's very important to see that total testosterone is good. If you can get free testosterone, that's good too.
