I’ve run over a gram and a half a week subq in my hip with no problem, I just switch sides daily. Bloods are always 100% on point. And you can run up to a ml subq in one spot in fatty areas.
Unfortunately no the bulk of the weight loss is water weight. I may have dropped 3 or 4 pounds of fat max but still enough to want to start a cut and go with it.

Doing much better today, been able to eat a lot of chicken soup and even got a 1/2 pound cheeseburger patty down me. Still feeling weak and over sick but being able to eat again feels so nice. Probably give it the rest of the week off and start back to the gym Sunday or Monday just to make sure...
Covid Update: 2nd full day being sick and I am down over 12 pounds and still can’t eat or swallow anything but jello and water. Everything else burns the crap out of my throat. The weight loss I’m a sure is mostly glycogen weight so I’ll get it back real quick but some fat loss is nice at least.
Update: this hit quick the only thing I have been able to eat today is some jello. Everything else hurts too bad to swallow. Had about 200 cals is all today. Typically when I get Covid I’m down 5 days so hoping it won’t be too long before I can eat again and get back to training. Probably slept...

Bad news, woke up with Covid this morning so out of the gym for a few days. As long as I can I’ll be training with TRX and bands while out. Hoping for a quick recovery and getting back to the grind before motivation wanes again.
I don’t ever PCT since run trt but starting only 2 weeks post cycle sounds too early but I could be wrong. Maybe some of the other guys will chime in on this. I’d personally wait til week 4 so you can clear a bit more of the cycle before you start to try to recover natural levels.
