03-28-25 Feeling 100% recovered today, just some lingering congestion but strength and energy was fully back. Had some extra time so instead of a solid 30 min in sauna I did 10m sauna 10m pool walks laps and did this 3 times for a total of 60 mins. Exercise- Pull+Core LA Fit fully fasted...

Draw up you dosage and then draw up the same amount of MCT, then draw air in and push air out to mix it good.

I use Test C 250 and inject about .5ml a day during cycle and off cycle .2

Just don’t dilute the whole vial, just a shot at a time

Just went back and checked and I bet 99% its the high concentration gear you got that’s causing the burning. Looks like 400mg/ml gear to me in the pic.

You’re not by chance using high dosage gear are you, like 400-500mg/ml? That stuff burns like crazy. If it’s just normal 200-250mg/ml I would say it’s the oil or ester if you are still having problems after subq.

Just put the vial in hot water for 5 minutes
