I’m seeing some early warning signs of CHF congestive heart failure in your legs feet and hands. I can tell you get regular edema in all three and that’s going to be an issue with Blood pressure on cycle. I would suggest getting a good cardiologist work up before starting any PEDs.
There’s an app on IPhone and I’m sure on android to called 1RM that does all the formulas for you and you just put in weight and reps and it spits out your 1RM plus the reps you need to do to be at a certain percentage of your 1RM
That’s not bad start right there. And I think year end goals you see are attainable but be careful doing 1 rep max. I use a calculator to determine how many reps I push out at a certain weight equals what for 1RM so I’m not pushing my body to an injury point.
Feeling pretty good, not too low on energy. Gonna try to do a couple high carb days a week on heavy training days and then around 100 the rest of the week. Trying to figure out carb cycling for sarcoplasmic hypertrophy.
So I do 2 15m sessions in the sauna with a 5 min break in between to let my BP come back up. I have super low BP (100/60) naturally so in the sauna it’s been known to crash down to 85/45 on me with all the blood rushing to superficial veins due to the heat.
