Hello everyone!
My dog is way less stinky today after her skunk incident lol. So that is great news.
Workout today was some handstand walk drills and then we did a whole lot of box jumps and walk walks!

For this one I did the wall walks as I cannot handstand walk!…. Yet, maybe some day .
Finished the workout in 10:28, not too shabby.
Took the motorcycle out for a ride and I finished the day with 15,482 steps. Oh and great news, got bloodwork back today and my shbg is recovered, yipeeeee!!!

You on a chopper with those guns you're flexing you'd look more jacked wearing a vest with a tank top than most of the guys I'm sure of it. Nice work!

Tell me more about the SHBG issue.

Not a chopper girlie, I have a Yamaha mt07 . But yes onto the shbg. So the primo crashed my shbg so my free test got a bit too high for my liking (almost 7). I try to stay right around 5. So before I do another cycle I was needing my shbg to come up and my free test to come down. But after 7 weeks my shbg went from 10 to 50! So I am g2g. Full hrt for women is so important in regulating hormones and keeping us from being suppressed!

Hi gear friends!
Today’s workout went well. Long burner for the WOD but we got it done.




Programming was set up to do the WOD and then be forced to do back squats on burnt out legs .

For the WOD I did: 2+64 and for the squats I did 135lbs (don’t make fun of me lol).

20k+ steps today
