Getting my blood pressure back on point

Newbie
I've had blood pressure issues over the past couple years. I'm up to 145 over 95. What is a good supplement that I can take to get my blood pressure back down? I'm open to all suggestions. I'm hoping you can give me a recommendation.
 
I also love N2Guard a lot. It's a great option. It's one of my favorites. You can make sure that you get on it and it will help on any steroid cycle, on or off cycle.
