Approved Log My HRT Peptide Cycle Log

I am not familiar with GW. I was very happy with Tirz, it did what I needed and couldn't seem to do. But I just didn't need it any more. But I also found food noise and uncontrolled eating coming back so I felt Reta was more suitable.
GW is great for fat loss and endurance. its a ppar agonist

Good log and solid morning setup. You’re hitting movement right away with the dogs and mixing in some high knees and lunges which is great for blood flow. The supplement stack looks dialed in, you’ve got your omegas, minerals, and energy support lined up. Core class into body pump after all that warm-up is going to feel strong, and the banana with shake after is a smart move to refill. Just keep pushing through that creatine water, it really does pay off if you stay consistent. Want to see more food updates please :)

dog walking is a great workout. imagine doing that for a living and getting paid to do cardio lol @brandypup its something i should try

I am trying! I take my creatine water every day and some days I actually drink about half. I have that! I take lots of photos of food LOL

So why do you not have unflavoured product then?
Mobster- I do but it's a powder like for smoothies. I had it yesterday at lunch. Since I am actually eating breakfast now my smoothies have gone wayside. I am trying to work it back in. I froze my blueberries and strawberrys just for this.

Thanks! I have 3, two of which I walk. My aussie Ollie goes on the am mile walk every morning. And my 16 year old long hair chihuahua I take out in the am and he gets a little evening walk. Plus my husband walks them after the almost 200lb english mastiff Colby gets his mile walk by him. I didn't know there was a dog forum! Be warned lol I have photos.

*HA* copy and paste worked this time. Thank you! Yes every morning. If I turn off my alarm my aussie gets me up by 430. So I gave up trying to sleep in. Plus there is something special about the air and the sky and the feel of the night/morning air on you.

@brandypup I saw the morning routine. I like to see the walking. Way to keep your consistent. Looks like it’s all going well.

Sunday Morning
My mornings are about all the same with walking dogs, with random lunges, hi knees, fast jabs (100) and Adderall.
This morning I did Hercules, NAD. I had eggs with avocado toast and real butter with Celtic salt and fresh ground pepper. And a cayenne pepper shot with manuka honey.

Gym was legs:
90lbs leg press. I think 5 sets. First set is as many as I can (maybe up to 15 any more and I try to go up in weight) Then I do sets of ten.
The 2 hip machines @ 90lbs Pretty much the same set style.
Leg extensions and leg curls 35lbs three sets of 10 if I can. I just went up in the weight by 5lbs.
I did the butt machine where you stand and back kick out the weight, I think I finally hit 40lbs with it.
Someone was on the other lay down butt machine. I do not like that machine, feels weird.
I also did my pre workout stuff, core, pelvic PT stuff, stretching, TRX squats and stretch the arms and back, dip bar for abs. 20 knees to chest as best i can, ten to each side and another ten to chest. I also try to do an auctual dip and cant so I just try and I also try to hang from the top for 30 seconds. I can't do a pull up ....yet.

Got home and did 60 units of Zeus IM, 250mcg Reta. Lunch was a smoothie in the blender whey protein with fresh strawberries and creatine, collagen.
Dinner was egg, bean enchilada. Also ate my 92% cacao with 100% almond butter.

Thanks for the answer, and totally agree with you to wake up early morning is a game changer, where i live (Switzerland) now is hard to go cardio early morning cycling because dark and cold but i love on summer go caycling at 5 am is so peacful

My 4am dog drills. I also added a jump rope style (no rope) to 100 alternating left right (not the full jump with both feet bladder can't do that yet)
Nurri 30g protein shake. I woke up with a hungry tummy! Had the shake and did the walk. After the dogs/cats were fed I had an amazing gluten free waffle with real butter and 100% almond butter so yum.
NAD 500mg IM and test e 2mg IM.
Egg and garlic at work with protein drink.
I did 60 units of Minoutaur at lunch and walked over 1.5 mile walk outside in the beautiful sun.
I have an amazing salad, avocado with tuna waiting for me.

I can't seem to fast now. I am just hungry. Did my afternoon lunch walk and went to Walmart for an energy drink and was going to get some deli chicken but the line was long so I got some hummus and ate that with my beet veggie chips (real ones from farmers market). Now I am stuck in a half cubicle going batshit crazy to be outside.

Tuesday
Will be pretty much the same. I am running with NAD, B Complex, Amino5MQ NADH, or Lipo shots in the morning. With Slupp oral. And my CJC/Ipamorelin no DAC in the evening with my Estradiol 1mg (pill)and Progesterone 100mg (pill) , Metformin in the evening. Testosterone injections .o5mg 2 times a week. Monday and Thursday.

Ill be taking photos of my equipment and posting my evening work out. It's not much as I am usually toast. I think the progesterone is making me soo damn tired.
