I have a sarms stack that I have planned I’m 30 years old I’m currently 5’7’’ 173 pounds body fat has crept up to like 15% or so I want to cut back down gw cardarine 20mg a day lgd4033 20mg a day s4/andarine 25mg a day what do you think ?

I know most of you will say this is dumb but sometimes I like to have a couple beers here and there nothing major and it is light beer anyway I usually take my supplements with water or milk, but is it okay to have it with the beer or will it interact?
