okay to take supps with beer?

Newbie
I know most of you will say this is dumb but sometimes I like to have a couple beers here and there
nothing major and it is light beer anyway
I usually take my supplements with water or milk, but is it okay to have it with the beer or will it interact?
 
read what is in beer

it is mostly water, with hops/grains and yeast added.
the rest is just processed sugar they add to increase the amount of alcohol or give it a better taste.

i never understood why people love beer so much. it has to be the billions spent on marketing it. in the end just add sugar and yeast to water and you get the same effect

No alcohol with supplements, you can take n2guard after to cleanse.
 
Dont drink alcohol period.

Probably OK but it is just not conducive to a healthy lifestyle!
