On November 27th, I placed a small trail order. I told her (Jean) that Turkish customs is one of the most difficult in the world and asked them to prepare a special package for me. She refused, saying they use very special methods and that it would pass through Turkish customs very easily, and if it didn’t, they would resend it. I made the payment. It was shipped on December 10th, arrived in Turkey on December 15th, and of course, SEIZED!
And now, today she said they won’t resend it. You can see our whatsapp history in screenshots.
In short, the money I paid for the first trial order was wasted!
Jean see, but do not reply my questions now!
