Back on to Legs today ….
As of always stated, I’m not trying to really build my legs up as I have some pretty heavy injuries from the old days but…
My studies say that training legs increases your growth hormone by triggering at Your thyroid gland…
Anyone has any input on that would love to hear..

All in all feeling okay.. Legs are still a little bit of pain in them but hopefully that’ll go away soon.

Diet and training been slightly off this week due to work commitments, being super busy and making things hard to get the training in. Also get the right type of food in, ALL the time..
But we got it still done..
