Approved Log Nicks Workout Log

Good morning guys! Thanks for the advice and guidance. Yea for now I'll stick with my 5 days a week training each muscle group for now as it seems to be working and i'm a tad sore the next day where i'm trying to target. I will most likely get my gym membership back as I love body weights but feel it's def quicker progression with weights. Yesterday was leg day.

250 body squats
250-body calf raises
150 lunges
100 split squats
10 minutes of wall sits. (not all together)
4 sets of 10 long jumps

Breakfast today is banana, oats, walnuts, and adding some peanut butter

Yesterday was the same for breakfast, 2 protein shakes for lunch... (should have added to that I know), and dinner was 12oz sirloin, baked potato, and mixed veggies. (carrots, broccoli, cauliflower).

Gotta stay more on top of posting my diet I know guys... My bad on that aspect.

Yeah my neighbor is gonna start working out with me tomorrow he says. I'm hoping he does. I think it's good for BOTH of us (more him) but still. Kind of stoked about it! Always good to have a workout bro!

Today is chest day! I will post the workout later or tomorrow morning for sure. Hope ya'll have a blessed day, and LET'S KEEP GRINDING!

You mind giving a little example of this? I’d rather hear it from someone DOING IT instead of reading it on google.

MORNING GUYS!

Tricep workout yesterday was as follows:

3 sets of 10 tricep pushdowns 25lb, 40lb, 60lb
3 sets of 10 overhead extensions 25lb, 40lb, 60lb
3 sets of 10 bodyweight dips
2 sets of 10 kickbacks
3/4 mile run at about 60%

All in all feeling great! My neighbor has been watching me run and he is all in for getting on the train. Hope he sticks with it with me as living a life over 350lbs isn't really living...

Hey guys good morning!

Yesterday's workout was as follows:

100 wide push-ups
100 staggered pushups
100 standard pushups
100 downward pushups

2 mile brisk walk (with my neighbor) About 13 minutes a mile. (he's new and I'm not trying to scare him out of keeping this up) His heart rate was at 140 when we were done so he got a workout from this.

Breakfast: 4 eggs, cup of Greek yogurt with walnuts, raspberries, and blueberries. 30g protein shake
Lunch was brown rice with 8oz shredded chicken. with boost shake
dinner was steak hibachi with NO YUMYUM SAUCE!
 
Find the program that is challenging yet fun, hard yet you can still recover from decently.
I found an app called Muscle Booster. It's like $20 for the year but I love it because I can give it the muscle group I want to work, the workout duration, difficulty, and the equipment I have, and it will spit out a nice workout for me. It keeps me working out and not thinking as much. lol

Oh damn, that's shitty. Hope he gets healed up ASAP

Well, my pancakes were supposed to have about 37G of protein. Didn't mention this and it's important. Got the recipe from EatTheGains.com
Should have added a few eggs to the breakfast as well though....
