Good morning guys! Thanks for the advice and guidance. Yea for now I'll stick with my 5 days a week training each muscle group for now as it seems to be working and i'm a tad sore the next day where i'm trying to target. I will most likely get my gym membership back as I love body weights but feel it's def quicker progression with weights. Yesterday was leg day.
250 body squats
250-body calf raises
150 lunges
100 split squats
10 minutes of wall sits. (not all together)
4 sets of 10 long jumps
Breakfast today is banana, oats, walnuts, and adding some peanut butter
Yesterday was the same for breakfast, 2 protein shakes for lunch... (should have added to that I know), and dinner was 12oz sirloin, baked potato, and mixed veggies. (carrots, broccoli, cauliflower).
Gotta stay more on top of posting my diet I know guys... My bad on that aspect.
Yeah my neighbor is gonna start working out with me tomorrow he says. I'm hoping he does. I think it's good for BOTH of us (more him) but still. Kind of stoked about it! Always good to have a workout bro!
