Approved Log Megatron Testosterone Log Cycle

Hey guys, I’m going to try my best to keep up on this log. It’s a bit difficult right now with work and paramedic school but I will try my best. This is my third cycle. Last cycle was about 6 years ago. Ive run test sust 650/week for 12 weeks for my first cycle with no sides 12 years ago. Second cycle was test cyp 500mg/week with anavar 20mgs/day again with no sides 6 years ago. This is now my third cycle. I will be on TRT after this cycle ends due to chronic low T. I’m about 16 days late starting this log as I’m 16 days into this cycle.
16 days ago I started MK-677 25mg/day 175mg EOD of test cyp and Dbol. The Dbol was 10mg/day 1-4, 20mg /day 5-10 and 30 mg/day 11-14. I stopped the DBol two days ago due to sensitivity in my nipples. The actual nipple feels harder than normal although I haven’t noticed any masses other than the actual nipple itself. I’m also reducing the test down to 125mg EOD until the nipple issue resolves. I added Adex .5mg EOD about 4 days ago.
The original cycle I had in mind was going to be DBol 30 mg/day for 4 weeks with test cyp 600ish mg/week for 12 weeks. I wanted to add 250/week of Deca starting week 4 and ending on week 12 but I’m having second thoughts due to the gyno possibility. As of right now that idea is on pause until I get the nipple issues under control.
Training wise I’m doing an upper/lower split for now. Diet wise I’m getting about 3,000 calories a day. I’m up 10 lbs in 2 weeks so far. My maintenance calories were sitting right around 2,300 calories a day prior.
For hair I’ve been using RU 58841 and Intelligent Shampoo. For skin I have a routine of benzoyl peroxide and adapoline gel.
My current stats are 6’4” 220lbs 32 y/o. Body fat is around 14% if I had to guess.
 
Debating on switching over to aromasin and nolva for e2 management. I haven’t had any gyno issues in the past, however, I would rather be safe than sorry at this point. I still have some nipple sensitivity and a little bit of puffiness to the areola. I’ve always had hard nips since puberty. I wouldn’t classify it as pubertal gynecomastia necessarily due to there being no actual tissue visible or palpable. I could be completely wrong as to my assumptions though.
What do you guys think? Should I switch over to aromasin and nolva to attempt to halt these symptoms? I don’t want to crush my E2, but I also don’t want to develop gyno.

@Megatron315 I am happy you started your log, I followed your original thread about dbol gyno which isnt unusual.

Good start to the log but we haven't really seen a log from you this is just fyi.

What we need to see is your diet in details meals and foods when you eat and how much.
Training sets reps and exercises and how much you do.
If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

for gyno, aromasin and nolvadex is a better option, 10mgs aromasin + 40mgs nolvadex and n2guard 7caps

Breakfast: dynamatise mass gainer :1,200 calories
Lunch: 12 oz of beef with pasta
Snack: meal replacement bar
Dinner: pasta with 18 oz of beef
Trainning:
Cable bench: 3 sets of 12
Cable flys: 3 sets of 10
Shoulder press: 2x12 and 1x10
Cable lateral raises: 3x10
Dips: 3x10
Skull crushers: 3x10-12
Tricep pull down:2x10

how about omega 3 fish oil? dont see fats in the diet

and training, did you do cardio?
