I need some advice. I’m doing high volume training and following a 4 day ‘bro split’ which is push, pull, legs and Miscellaneous. need your tips and advice because my joints are kicking my ass on winstrol but the results are so damn good. How do you change up your training for those who do high volume like me while you are on this compound?
