I dont believe osgear sold fakes willingly, maybe their shipper made a mistake

It's not just osgear, it is any source that sells ultima. On another forum the bad test c that was sent in for testing wasn't even purchased from ultima it was from a different source but, osgear is the one that stepped in and explained what was happening and posted links to ultima's statement. They are basically running damage control for any trusted source that is selling ultima letting people know it was ultima the screwed the sources not the sources purposely or knowing selling bunk gear.

exactly not just @OSGear @slim0983 and Ultima is good but having bad batches happens all the time.
Chinese are doing this on purpose to drive cost. Just wait until India makes raws! already factory in India making testosterone now.
