Recently, trying to go more high fat with my diet. I’ve been consuming a lot of collagen bone broth, and I’ve been consuming a lot of fatty steaks and fatty pieces of meat. But I’ve noticed that I get real bad stomach aches, and then I’ll have really blow out diarrhea. Does this mean that my body just doesn’t like high fatty meals? And how would I try keto dieting if I can’t eat these types of fats?
