liver and kidney cleansers work?

I've spent years as an alcoholic and my liver and kidney's took a beating. I finally decided to cut back on the drinking. I currently only drink 2 beers a night vs. hard liquor and going through a 6 pack especially during NASCAR. is there a supplement I can take that will help me cleanse my organs more?

Liver and kidney cleanses work well if you have a good product. You should start by stopping the beer.
 
The best thing you can do is drink lots and lots of water and run N2Guard. Obviously avoiding things that are toxic to the liver are going to make a massive difference as well.
