I heard that green tea is excellent as a universal remedy for many different problems in our body and illnesses. it's got a lot of antioxidants and vitamins like vitamin E and vitamin c.
there is a product by bronson called green tea extract, each pill is 500 mg and it doesn't have any caffeine in it. do you think this is a good product to take before bed or not
