what are going to be the best supplements for the skin to help me look younger
a friend of mine went to a place was like a spa and had some injections done. it wasn't Botox or anything like that but it was something else and it cost like five or $600. I think that's kind of a waste of money.
isn't there some cheaper supplements that you can take to help?

Most supplements are not going to be worth it. If you are not looking to run HGH, then look at fasting, bone broth, and just overall being hydrated and healthy.
