water retention

I'm looking to cut down. I don't want any water retention. . I plan to adjust my macros and drop the #’s a little bit on my calories from 3,500 to 2,800. What's a good ratio of testosterone EQ that I can use? I was thinking of 300 mg of each. I'm 5'11", 215 lbs., and 40 years old.
