    I’m looking to supplement with some protein powder or something else to help boost my protein. Do you think that these protein bars also would be a good option or should I stick to protein shakes? I got one of those blender things in the mail and I would like to try them out.

    Protein powder options

    I'm looking to take a protein powder that won't upset my stomach but that is also easy to digest. I've use protein powders before and I've been having a lot of gas from them. I also realize that protein is very important and I should be getting them with shakes not just from food
