I have elevated liver numbers and I'm starting to get concerned. My doctor wants to put me on some liver medication. Is there a supplement that I can try though? The liver medication he wants to put me on costs like $230 a month.

I'm interested in hearing some opinions on how you would boost your heart health, especially when you're on cycle and when you come off. I'm looking for something that will get my numbers normalized. My doctor said that I have to go on medication if things don't improve and I don't want that.
